i disagree with no one giving a damn about the dash. im not paying over £50k (£60k+ with options) for a car with a dash as vulgar as a car from the 80's. unlikely i know, but whats the point in paying that money if its ugly inside? for me the whole car has to be nice, including the dash.

You shift up with the right, and shift down with the left, there is no need of a clutch. It's kinda 'semi-automatic' transmission. Also something so that your both hands are almost all the time on the steering wheel (for race purposes).

m3 convertible with black colour is very beauitful ,, yes m3 coupe is better at performance but convertible is for ppl who are willing to sacrifice some performance for some wind ..

i dont think so i have 1 and it's amazing nd my friend has a 335i hartop conv. and it doesnt feel as fast as the m3 conv. and it's TUNED

well of course not lol, it has another 114 hp hahah. but compared to my coupe m3 and 535xi which has 400hp as well with ecu and exhaust, its much slower, and the blance of the car is way off. Handling has been killed with the hard top. I'm sure in comparison to the 335i hardtop its better, but the balance is truly off.

not sure, i only have 350 miles on mine so far lol. All i know is that their will be a software upgrade, an oil change and thats about it. I'm going to be putting a new exhaust, air intake, dinan software, throttle boddies, and middle exhaust once i hit 1200. I know dinan also released a stroker kit that makes the engine 4.6liters, so when all is done should be one SICK car. sorry to hate on your cabriolet, but i think they just didnt do it right.

I have an m3 coupe, and i have a 535xi with a dinan stage 2 ecu and exhaust. The m3 cabriolet is no where near the same as the coupe m3. Balance is way off. The 335i coupe can have roughly the same capability as the m3 cab. Even without an ecu upgrade breaking and acceleration from a standstill will be very close. So please put down your crackpipe ;)

when your buying an m your buying a performance vehicle. When the cab adds another 500lbs of weight whats the point of buying the M? it just doesnt make much sense to me. At that point it makes more sense of buying a 335i. Why spend the extra money to be just if not slightly faster than a 335i.

there is no different, its just if you wanna shift paddle or the shifter... :) nothing special, we owned a M3 E93 befor, like this but silver and with the 19" rims, i liked it very much, but we had to sell it becouse it dident go to well with our bussines... :( but it was a great car, i would buy it again ;)

you should go on M drive and change the setup a bit :) like the fastest gear changes on Lvl 6 :D My mum and her guy she was living with owned one befor. :D Loved it :'(

Smart choice of buying automatic!

I test drive M3 other day in manual gearbox and it was awful, so much Horse power that cant control it at all, is like all the time the car jumping lol

I have tried so many cars and M3 handling was something else, I even tried vet Zo6 and nothing like m3 in my opinion :)

luv that sound, however my vw r32 sounds better. the r32 has that exhaust sound but it also sounds like a sword being swiped across the concrete. its even nore awesome for half the price. but the m3 stands alone and the r32 is no m3, unless you strap a supercharger are a turbo to it and get near 500 hp

It may seem like an automatic but, it's M DCT (M Double-Clutch Transmission).It's sort of like the E46 M3 with it's SMG Transmission. The M cars with M DCT transmissions feel just like a manual and roll back when the clutch is disengaged. Reference: Personally driven M6 SMG and E92 M3.

Yeah, you're right, it's technically automatic in " Auto Mode". M DCT Drivelogic double-clutch transmission has no foot clutch. Apparently M DCT shifts faster than a standard.

when my mom jused to have one (ITS SOLD NOW :'( ) we jused to have M drive with ESP off, Suspesion on SPORT, engine SPORT, EXTRA Stering thing and on Semi Manual on Level 6 theres five, but if you go on the M drive setups you select gears to 6! its prety damn cool cars love the V8 song of it and the SMG gearbox ;D :D:D:D:D:D
