Yes, that is the sound of another car doing a burn out. The turbo car is very quiet.

455 pontiac with twin GN turbos, T400, Continental converter, 3.42 gear, 6H heads, 068 factory pontiac cam and 850 CSU carb. 11 pounds of boost.
