  • You make it look so easy T-T

I can do the backbend, just not the kickover and i can only do the kickover from the wall.

    Can you be too fat?

  • this isnt a backbend kickover, this is like a elbow-bend kickover :S

  • she makes it look sooooooooooo easy

  • ummm actually you did a bridge not a back bend a backbend is when you stand and do the same thing as a bridge but your standing ........ -.-

  • Pause on :13

  • when I do the wall I fall on my hands

  • this vid sucks i will post a better one

  • @TheFlyinglamas I'm looking forward to seeing it :)

  • okay i know how to do it on my elbows i been able to 4 a while i need to know how to do it on my hands

  • @Bubbleyface11 noted

  • When I put my forearms are on the ground, so is my head. Why is that?

  • @HotEmoPoptarts It's hard to say as there are many possible reasons depending on each individual. It could be the positioning, muscle activation or simply bone structure. If you can send me your vdo doing it, I may have a clearer picture

  • 1:57 just looked painful.

  • How do you put your elbows down becuase when i am next to the wall i try walking my hands but then my knees keep pushing against the wall

  • @GymnaticsRules1234 Try walking a bit further from the wall

  • what do u do for beginners cuz i never did this in my life and i keep falling whats the things to learn starting from scratch

  • @Tamiasvoice Start from backbends and shoulder-opening poses. Be patient. This takes practice :)

  • same here

  • I can do it with the wall but not without it D:

  • @LilMissKatherineee So you cannot work without the wall yet but you can do with the wall, right? Work on other yoga practices and come back to it every often

  • i fall on my neck and not my hands. what am i doing wrong? please help. thanks.

  • @swimmingable Be sure to keep your elbows right where they are. Make the upper arms as solid as rocks! It could be a sign for more arm and shoulder strength training as well!

  • @swimmingable work on your upper strength i had trouble with this as well, but it gets easyer, try doing a handstand up agenst a wall and do pushups, have a spotter though.

  • i tried the wall one it really worked tnx
