@UlltraFurry Well PHX is now part of GMod but you can still get WireMod this way, you can build really complex things with WireMod. It's an addon.

Miracle, I had the same problem. Im guessing he downloaded the wrong bit (ex. he downloaded 32-bit when he has a 64-bit operating system)
