Thanks. And I've written a lot of songs. But I haven't been able to get a good quality recording for videos. My camera does not have good sound quality, and I'm not going to go out and invest in a lot of recording equipment. =)

mine does that too with the mic situation..i used to sing in competitions through church and even on the adult worship team at my old church but when things with the church fell apart i kind of lost my voice inside of me..i felt to weak to sing anymore.. theres still a hurt but it is a passion and i sing all the time alone but just not infront of people anymore.. my favorite was "breathe" to perform.

Have you prayed for God to heal that hurt? You know "who" allowed that hurt to build into a stronghold. The longer you allow that stronghold to exist, the harder it will be for it to be torn down. So are you willing to go through the process of letting God heal you? Because he'll have to expose to you, the probability that there are other issues now attached to the original hurts. But He has to expose them, before He can remove them. And you'll have so much peace once it's done.

I sing in front of people all the time. I'm on the worship team at my church. I lead some songs, and I do solos. But my recordings always suck. I really need a computer mic. The one I have is a mic/headset combo. So my PC decided to see it as only a headset =/

If your puter has a mic or a jack for one you can record using editor programs. I used to play with my Dad's editing equipment (he did radio voice overs and editing stuff for the church) when I was a kid/teen. Sadly it took a lot of reverb and effects to make my voice sound decent. lol

I don't think so. I might post some I've had sitting around for a while. I sing at church all the time, but every time we record it, the recording sounds distorted. My camera can't handle the vibrato in my voice, or the loud notes, when I sing from my diaphragm. I probably just need to buy a good microphone, but money s really tight right now.
