I found the images on the HBO website which also tells you about the real life artists who created the pieces - quite interesting. :o)

The pajama man is the first thing Claire ever created, and Ruth digs it up to show to her that she was already an artist when she was little.

The dollhouse is something Claire created just for herself, and she ends up talking about it only to Nate as he walks in on her just as she's looking at her finished work. Quite a beautiful scene... :o)

Pajama Man and ceramic Pumpkin Head. That was in the tail end of the episode where Ruth's younger sister, Sarah is introduced into the series. The next episode explores Claire's budding interest in art where she visits her aunt in Topanga Canyon. She's later given recommendation for college by Fiona Kleinschmidt who later dies on a hiking trip in season 5.
