  • Always loved the piece at 0:45. I wish they'd included Russell's copper helix, even though it wasn't Claire's, I loved it. Six Feet Under was a fucking brilliant series!

  • beautiful...

  • 0:57 is breathtaking

  • Lately I have been thinking a lot about this pictures, they amazed me as I were watching the serie, and now they came up again to me.

    Great video composition. ; )

  • Magical.

  • I was wonder and I have been looking everywhere for the photos Billy "took" Like his portraits and such. Does anyone know where I could find them?

  • She needs a drink of water before singing

  • Thanks for the video

  • I like the one at 2:28

  • Excellent!

  • what the hell ? where is the damn trouser she did when she was on drugs for her mother ??????

  • i love this song whats it called

  • it's 'Breath me' by SIA

  • pretty cool, even though i hated most of the artwork.

  • WONDERFUL!!! THANKS VERY MUCH!!!

  • I just don't get art! I feel like I'm always missing what other people see so quickly. It makes me feel stupid and I don't like that. So that's why I don't have any pictures that cost more than 25 bucks!

  • Feelings of inadequacy are normal. You just have to find what appeals to you. It will happen.

  • Thank you for putting that together!

  • Termite Art at 1:50 !!!!!!

Beautiful Tribute ! I'd never realized how prolific Claire was until seeing this video !

You brought back so many fabulous memories and emotions with this video..... Thank You !!!

  • Beautiful work!

  • Thank you...for your sensibility!

    Amazing...

  • Love it completely.

  • AWESOME!

  • Amazing Video.

  • "breathe me" by Sia... close

  • The song is called "Breathe me" and it's from "MIA" - awesome!!! Nice vid!!! ;D

  • La musique c qui?????

  • I love what you did, but I would've credited the actual artists, I believe they're on the website. I don't know if anyone told you this already, it's still a very nice tribute to the best tv-series ever ^^

  • I was watching an episode of where Claire was having her first exhibition. The song playing as she entered, down the stairs was funky. Lyrics, "We've got Friends, We've got lots of friends...". Any fans who can help me with title and artist?

  • i just looooove the pic of Nate and David at 4:11 its beautiful

  • does ayone no where i can find that picture of ted that she takes with him laying on the bed u can only see his arms and head. it is picture on the final bit when claire's dying and he's on the wall?

  • That collage mask thing was inspired by David Hockney, maybe?

  • Not quite even though Hockney does similar work. The collages in Six Feet Under were inspired by (or rather derived directly from) the work of David Meanix. :o)

  • My favorite pictures she did in the entire show were the ones of Billy

  • ...edie!

  • OMG !!! this brings so much memories of my all-time favorite show ... Claire is a real , gritty and profound character ... I love her so much

  • What a clever idea, a refreshing and intelligently compiled video. This makes a welcome change from the usual boring, one dimensional videos to atrocious music. Very well done indeed!

  • bravo! this song always brings tears to my eyes.

  • Very cool idea. I'm happy somebody decided to do this. Where did you manage to find all of these images?

I don't remember Blue Pajama Man or the Dollhouse.

  • I found the images on the HBO website which also tells you about the real life artists who created the pieces - quite interesting. :o)

The pajama man is the first thing Claire ever created, and Ruth digs it up to show to her that she was already an artist when she was little.

The dollhouse is something Claire created just for herself, and she ends up talking about it only to Nate as he walks in on her just as she's looking at her finished work. Quite a beautiful scene... :o)

  • Pajama Man and ceramic Pumpkin Head. That was in the tail end of the episode where Ruth's younger sister, Sarah is introduced into the series. The next episode explores Claire's budding interest in art where she visits her aunt in Topanga Canyon. She's later given recommendation for college by Fiona Kleinschmidt who later dies on a hiking trip in season 5.

  • brilliant. really well composed images. as the person said above, for a fictitious artist, she's pretty damn good. thanks for putting this together.

  • Sorry if this question shows my stupidity - but who is doing the song - sounds like Tori Amos - but I have never heard it before - maybe because I have never seen SFU? :o)

  • Sia: Breathe Me

  • Nice work ! Very beautiful, congratulations !

  • Precioso vídeo

    Echo de menos esta serie*JM*

  • Brillant !

But you forget the weird clown short she maked in drugs with friends, it was a gift for Ruth !

  • I love those pants!

  • For a ficticious artist/photographer, she's pretty damn good!

  • wow the music really suits the images....well done ^_^ great video

  • great video:)

  • very nice work

  • Lovely.

I just can´t get enough of it:)

    Well done

  • I love it, it's beautiful.

  • simply put....wonderful

  • Very beautiful.

  • Love it.

  • That was awesome!! Where did you get stills of those? I just remember seeing them in passing on the show? Too cool!! I always loved that picture of Ruth in the kitchen...but the dollhouse was the best!! "Dad's not here." Brought it all back....that was neat-o.

  • Ryan, sorry for taking so long to respond...

The stills are available on the HBO website - or used to be anyway. I was thrilled when I discovered them as well. :o)

  • Claire's work and yours, I think they are both great!

  • That was really cool. good work!

  • Nice.
