@skumberg74. the "assault rifle" he was shooting is an Ar 15. they come in two chambers a 223 and a 308 and from the looks of it this was a 223. the average bullet shot from a 223 is a 41 grain fmj. If the windshields can withstand a 45 shooting a 250gr Fmj at about 2300 fps the AR is like a pellet gun to them. just wanted to clarify that for ya man.

You are correct, except for one thing, if you've ever fired an actual M16, they have the capability of firing full auto. Single shot, 3 round burst and full auto. And you can configure an AR -15 to fire full auto, just not the 3 round burst. It IS ILLEGAL to make a semi auto into a full auto. You need a tax stamp to own a full auto.
the only m16s with full auto capability are m16a1s and m16a3s(very rare model). the m16a2s and m16a4s our military has been using for decades do not have full auto,only 3 round bursts which is just as good.

@skumberg74. the "assault rifle" he was shooting is an Ar 15. they come in two chambers a 223 and a 308 and from the looks of it this was a 223. the average bullet shot from a 223 is a 41 grain fmj. If the windshields can withstand a 45 shooting a 250gr Fmj at about 2300 fps the AR is like a pellet gun to them. just wanted to clarify that for ya man.

And while to those just speeding for the hell of it it might seem unjust, there is a justified trend that shows that speeders are likely to be violating parole, evading, or have a warrant for their arrest. Did you even take the time to examine a police department, force and method before making these claims?! You base them on prejudice and NOTHING else, and you know it, and you fight for it. You are correct, except for one thing, if you've ever fired an actual M16, they have the capability of firing full auto. Single shot, 3 round burst and full auto. And you can configure an AR -15 to fire full auto, just not the 3 round burst. It IS ILLEGAL to make a semi auto into a full auto. You need a tax stamp to own a full auto.

WOW dipshit NO M16 has semi, 3-round burst, AND full auto. read up first. M16, M16A1, and M16A3 have safe, semi, and auto. M16A2 and M16A4 have safe, semi, and 3-round burst. and civilian rifles that look like the M4/M16 (commonly called AR-15's for ease of reference) can be configured to fire however you want them to fire. even though anything other than semi-auto is illegal if you dont have class 3 clearance

An Assault rifle shoots both full automatic fire and shoots an intermediate round. An AR15 only has one, sorry. Not an Assault rifle. An Assault rifle is an M16 or a Full auto AK47.

And your argument is saying that AR15s can be made full auto, hmm, I know many cops, and even when in the Marine corps, the cops I talk to, have never run into a converted AR15, And that is illegal also, so law abiding gun owners won't do it. Doing that require knowledge, that most people do not have, but if a AR15 was converted, it would be an Assault rifle.

dipshit... If you have a pre-ban reciever it's not difficult to convert the AR-15 ASSAULT RIFLE into a weapon capable of shooting full auto. This video did not have any weapons firing full auto, and to be honest, a full auto weapon is really not of any advantage, in most cases and merely wastes ammunition, and overheats the weapon. Most AR-15 Owners have little or no desire to alter their rifle to shoot full auto, but it's not a difficult modification.

A rifle made semi-auto at the factory can't be made full-auto without replacing most of the parts inside, which would be like putting together a whole new rifle. It requires skills, knowledge and tools not common to the avarage joe, and not worth all the work. If you have a semi-auto rifle, and you REALLY want a full-auto, you can get it "fullauto-ish" by bump-firing...
