  • Love myself some Mos Def...

  • omigod i love this.

  • @AstatusBeatz Some horrible rapper named Onyx is angry that he wasn't good enough to be in this project, so his "100 mad niggas" are disliking the videos.

  • type of asshole would dislike this??

  • this is some real shiiiit

  • Wow, the Black Keys fused their bluesy R&B with rap hop artists on this album, I never thought it would sound this damned good, I want this LP!

  • da` fck is woto? fck off with your bullshit and listen to this awesome song you fcken bastards!

  • cant get this dope out of my head

  • Since we already got Mos Def on the train, I wanna see a Blakroc/Black Star collabo...

    BlakRockStar

  • The best thing about the Black Keys is that they keep trying new things. They never get old because they are good at so many fantastic genres. This album is a perfect example of stepping out of your comfort zone and producing something amazing.

  • brother sam!!!!

  • this needed to be mos def and john legend

  • jim jones ruined an awesome song seriously -_-

  • wait...other than yeah yeah, poor blackrock selection on youtube. okay, for all who haven't check, out funkadelic's self titled album and their "free your mind..." abum. call it punkfunk. george clinton produced rhcp's first album "freaky styley." the start of their still being funky. you know...before they f@$%#%E# sucked?

  • you are maybe thinking of blackrocK, rawapples. am dying for modern music to be influenced by them. wwwwwait...let's set this in motion. check out blackrocK's "yeah yeah," all. aside from that, most of the black keys stuff is great. really looked forward to blackroc, but this collaboration sounds strained to me.

  • ok yea just looked at tha date know i feel like a tard

  • de-ja vu i watched this video on my on demand a couple years back i guess i just didnt jump off the keys enuff and they re-released it weird not lying either this is definitly not new

  • Here's your daily dose of "simple mathematics": The Black Keys + Mos Def = the most powerful rock/hip-hop collaboration to date. After this tune check On The Vista, THE grooviest beat.

  • I wish Jim Jones wasnt on this track and they should have gotten a way better rapper, why not Talib Kweli, his voice would have been perfect on this track, also so they can be called Blakrocstar

  • @kobe24mvp81 That would be clean

  • @kobe24mvp81 man....Jim Jones is unique...this track is unique. I wish we could enjoy Blakroc as it is

  • ah the Akron boys!

  • they cancelled blakroc 2. Goddammit.

  • not a good idea :-(

then i would suggest to produce at least one with the Roots

  • @tiziano3009

The roots have made songs with many raps artists but yet they have never impressed me more than the black keys have...creatively. So i doubt the album would ever be as good.

  • @ryansmithc seriously?? with what mind??

  • is jim jones ever not smoking?

  • "jim jones verses are dope". LOL. what jim jones verses are you talking about? the one where he says "na na na na na na"? please, 99.9% of his verses are garbage. he's OK at best on this song and that's still not saying much. the only reason he's on this joint is because dame dash is his man since back in the day. please leave rap music to those who actually know what they're talking about jim jones is garbage who prevented a good song like this from being great

  • The Black Keys have the ability to bring rappers like Jim Jones down to their roots.

  • The Black Keys and Hip Hop?...SMART

  • If this song took on a physical form, I would have sex with it.

  • @Dangturtle yes

  • @Dangturtle So you haven't jerked off to it already, I guess I beat you to it

  • @Dangturtle why wait.

  • @Dangturtle I would join you too.

  • im buying the whole album fuckk it!

  • real fucking music! exactly what i'm going for with my latest music, check my page for hip hop with blues guitar and big real bass guitars, appreciate it!

  • This shit came out almost two fucking years ago and I am just finding out about this now?!

This music is honestly the best I have ever heard. It is bringing back classic rock with a new modern vibe!

You know what?! Fuck AC/DC, Lenard Skynard, Boston, and all those fuggers.

The Black Keys are classic rock.

  • @CanonD265

WOW, REALLY KID?? Okay they are very talented, no one is going to deny that fact. However, where would any rock band be without the beatles?? And every other influential rock band that came after that. From the way Kieth Moon transformed the way people play the drums to the way aerosmith started the whole rock/ rap thing. So give credit where credit is due, but never ever crucify the ones who deserve the most credit for where music is today. Go get yourself a new job.

  • @rickybobby1502

Beatles suck. End of Discussion. That oldies soft rock is dead. Get over it.

  • @JustTP94 Lol you are a dumb ass. Soft rock? 'The fuck out of here. You've never listened to all of their shit.

  • @cc4rtwright Oh, believe me I have... My mother has all their cds... smh.

  • @JustTP94 If you dislike them, thats your opinion. You can't really just sum up their entire catalog of songs as sucking.

  • @JustTP94 dumbass

  • I find this song easy to masturbate to

    lol jk

  • did i see DJ paul at 1:56?

  • i was kinda hopin mos def had a verse

  • dam great song, gives me hope in rap

  • mos def's voice has so much soul i love it

  • This song gives me a chub.

  • oh god this is so awesome..i'm relatively new to rap music.especially this underground stuff.only listened to eminem and stuff.can anyone post similiar tracks?btw mos defs voice gives me the chills.

greetings from germany(and sorry for my low english skills ^^)

  • I hope Mos Def collaborates with The Black Keys on his next album.

  • what is that pedal at 1:26, it looks like a foot

  • can anyone recommend any more bands or songs that have this classy, but sexy feel to it?

  • @awarmeskimo the roots

  • @rodrigorenzo the black keys

  • @awarmeskimo Aloe Blacc

  • this is the only jim jones song ive ever had in my ipod. im sure you alllllllllll can MOS deff guess the reasonnnnnnnnnn whyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • why did dan shave his epic beard

  • this song turns me on

  • Somehow this song reminds me of Mila Kunis?

  • @killjerjoe it does for me too, i found about it from that video of her :)

  • Been a BK fan since '04. Got into rap in '07. Jizzed when I heard this was being made.

  • Love how Mos Def walks so cool into the studio on 2:33

  • Awesome song, anyone else think Auerbach's shirt makes him look like he is in the boy scouts though?

  • thav black keys' underground shit is the best period

  • 2.51 look at all those fucking pedals!! Aaah heaven!

  • Was there a PLO reference right at the beginning by Mos Def?

  • I think Jim Jones was pretty good. All you haters be jumpin' on the hate train.

  • what album this from?

  • @hijipikin

Blakroc - Blakroc it was self titled.

  • Comment removed

  • I think Jim Jones provide a nice contrast to Mos Def. Not a huge fan of Jim but this song is awesome

  • @WalkerDestroyer Agreed.

  • what the FUCK are some of you saying? Jim Jones' verses are dope. Maybe even some of his best, if not the best. You expected him to talk about money, cars and hoes like all the mainstream shit you hear on the radio? Get to know real hip hop before commenting shit like that. Fucking beautiful song.

  • @LA41792

i think your missing the point, were not hating jim jones's verses its just his voice and flow just could not match up to high standards set by the black keys production and mos defs singing.

  • @LA41792 you you, very good for this affirmation

  • @LA41792 It was Mos Def who made Jim Jones step up his game level! Inspired him to make more sense that what he has done in the past! Mos Def makes this song go crazy!

  • @LA41792

Jim Jones is not hip hop. Just because the motherfucker doesn't talk about hoes and money, FOR ONCE, doesn't make him a whole different rapper than he is.

Blakroc is dope only because of the black keys. Jim jones is pure garbage.

  • yeah, i love everything about this song, but Jim Jones just kinda wrecked it with his shit raps. Mos Def sounded amazing doing this kind of music with all the different instruments in the background and it made it sound unique. then they add jim jones and it goes back to basic rap for a while before returning to this great song

  • love it man love it keep it rockin peps

  • The black Keys = one of may fav bands

Mos def = one of my fav artist

Jim Jones, with the greatest respect to the man, prevented this from being a truly great tune.

  • @thumpah exactly! pharaohe monch should've done the verses. or mos def himself!

  • Aint nothing like this son <3.

  • GOOD MUSIC.... That is all
