Some guy rips off some copywrited stuff and posts it, almost surely illegal, against the US constitution if nothing else; then someone else copies it and they pretend like it is theirs. In a just world that would constitute pleading guilty to a federal crime. Unfortunately, congress will not enforce the contitution unless it is politically correct to do so.
