hey i tried to get the user name and the password pressing the button "GetAccount ID" but when i click on it, a message pops up saying: We are unable to provide connection ID's at this time. Please try again later.4" is the webpage working yet? i've been trying for 2 days.....

Make sure you check that all of the information that you entered is correct, and yes, you need to be connected to the WIFI before you turn on the VPN.
