Uhh... I'd really like to be able to compliment you on this but I just can't.

PC fan = more than a buck

Roll of tape = more than a buck

Wire = more than a buck

Electric water kettle = more than a buck

Result = ghetto rig that will fall apart in however much time it takes for the steam to soften the cardboard and loosen the tape.

Suggestion for improvement:

Buy a cheap humidifier at Wal-Mart for about the same as everything in your video actually costs.
