The audience at Perth concert went wild for the Indigo. They renewed our hopes that the future could be good, that we can all contribute to our local, national and world community. IG is a wonderful gift to the world. Thanks Amy.
Great reading about you seeing the IG and Ozzy, I didn't realise he still toured. I always want to hold him in case he falls over.
I know it's hard job you do to help bring us brilliant music, maybe I'll see you in Perth Western Australia next April when the Indigo Girls come here, yesss!
[ Tattoo sounds brilliant, I only have one and I fainted :( ]
I am doing the Amy & Brandi and Indigo Girls & Brandi shows in Asheville, Athens, Tallahassee and Mobile in the next 90 days! (...and I am a straight male!!)
I think it's possible to love or appreciate them all. I love Brandi and Beethoven and Black Sabbath, l just stay away from 'hate music'. Have a good tour.
Hey inside, I think we all know one another in some way. My point was that we don't have to confine ourselves to one music form. Troubadors like Brandi and Amy kinda crossover withinin their own repertoire and take their fans with them.
How cool not to label ourselves and one another - how many more possibilities are there when we don't define and limit people?
@chitchant - I am seeing the IG tonight - here in Atlanta...so was watching some videos...and noticed your response last April.
YES...IT WAS A GREAT TOUR. (AND I AM SEEING OZZY TWICE NEXT MONTH, THUS THE CURIOSITY ABOUT YOUR BLACK SABBATH COMMENT.) I THINK I AM GOING TO GET A TATTOO THAT SAYS "AMY RAY IS GOD.)
I was there, just in front of Amy Ray. It was magical! When they first started the show they said it was like being in church there under the Big Top....we were sitting in bench like pews. How right they were....it was heavenly!!!
It was cold and rainy out but inside that tent was nothing but hotness!!!! :)
If Amy bowled me up like a highwayman and said "Stand and deliver", I'd give her everything, absolutely everything. Sizzzlle.
