In some states If you are caught with weed, or any other drug for that matter 3 times, you are given a life sentance and will probly live the rest of your life in jail. This is supposed to make potential crims think twice, but the statistics show its not working. All it does is create huge bills for thousands of elderly prisoners, imprisoned for smoking/selling some weed in thier thirties. Easy solution is for the government to legalise and tax soft drugs, like they do with Alchohol and Tobaco.

they have prison stores where they can purchase items in the actual prison. When they work around the facility, they get paid a very small amount for the work (like $3.00 a day or so).

In some states If you are caught with weed, or any other drug for that matter 3 times, you are given a life sentance and will probly live the rest of your life in jail. This is supposed to make potential crims think twice, but the statistics show its not working. All it does is create huge bills for thousands of elderly prisoners, imprisoned for smoking/selling some weed in thier thirties. Easy solution is for the government to legalise and tax soft drugs, like they do with Alchohol and Tobaco.

they have prison stores where they can purchase items in the actual prison. When they work around the facility, they get paid a very small amount for the work (like $3.00 a day or so).
