We can achieve permanent victory by taking control of the State Governments and using them to force the Constitutions strict limitations on power to deny the federal government its ability to operate in all social and economic policy areas.

To smoothie this out such an amendment could also establish a transition period in which all existing federal programs and their assets there to must be transferred to the State governments or simply abolished and sold.

This would leave us in a free market of governments that would over time grind big government socialism into the ground as people gain the liberty to vote with their feet to avoid being exploited by oppressive government in order for them maintain power (buy votes). Maintaining this should constitute a permanent solution that works to keep government limited. All we got to do is make sure the federal government is limited, and thus we have freedom of movement to check state governments.

The States can do this, more than that their leaders would have an inherit interest in doing, as it's a massive expansion of their power at the expense of the federal governments, we just have to make a prolonged concerted effort. this all we need is 34 of them

This is important because the census controls voting precincts and distribution of federal election funds.
