    Tu: Squat (barbell), Deadlifts (Russian), Wood Chopper, Glut Ham Raise, Seated calf raise

    Wed: Pull-ups (and towel pull-ups), Dips, Leg Raises (Hanging Straight)

    Th: Hand-stand push-ups, Push-ups (uneven)

    Fri: Squats (one-leg), Bridges (wall-walking), Bridge Abs

    I do reverse pyramid sets (low rep/high weight earlier in month then progressively increase reps/decrease weight). Thoughts?

    You can do floor chest press with dumbbells, bent over 1 arm rows on a sturdy chair, dumbbell shoulder press (use lighter weights for those), bicep curls (not worth bothering with imo), skull crusher.... Each exercise he does has a dumbbell version but you are better off just doing compound exercises, avoiding isolation ones and adding dumbbell squats to the mix. You should definitely get some resistance bands though, they really can create a different sort of muscle definition!

  • This was good. But next time use all the time another words. Because when you're saying "Nice and easy." All the time, I'm not fully concentrated on your workout.

  • Btw the squat focuses mainly on your glutes, not your quads.

  • @fanthor Muscle is muscle. Muscle will always have the same shape. What TONE is, is the absence of fat. Not the result of gaining muscle.

  • @Kastralis Not really. IF you have heavy enought free weights then you can use them. But bands are just easy, cheap and you can easily make it harder or easier.

  • If i do this workout everyday for 8 weeks, how more ripped will i get? and how much more will i be able to bench press?

  • @dangerdan1337 it is individual, i think you wont get too much muscle mass but you will deffinetly be better looking and healthier ... if you want to gain more mass and strenght i would reccomend you to go to the gym about 3-5times a week if you can, but if you are a begginer try doing workouts like this and with your own weight

  • @pejtok 100% correct. Like I have said, this is for people JUST starting out and for beginner. Beliefe me, this is a pretty tough wokrout for people who have not trained for a while or who are just starting out again. But after a month or so it will be time to take it a step and get to the gym or get heavier toys to play with at home! :)

  • @mrmuscolo11 IF you get a good one they don't normally. BUT yes I had a few snap and hit me in my face over the last 10 years! It normally just wakes me up and p...s me of at the same time so the workout ends up being great!! :)

  • @gotahc No idea. It does not really matter as you can make it shorter and longer with a few twists of your wrist.
