@pudresful Well, 3cell will have higher rev on the motor than the 2cell (voltage * kv-rating = RPM). The 40C compared to 20C will have a little higher amp draw, but that doesn't matter in this car. If you want to go FAST, you go 3 cell, if you want to go fast, you go 2cell. :)

hey im a little curious i've been runnin losi xcelorin motors (JUNK went through about 4 so far, in about 2 weeks) and was wonderin if these motors are sealed and reliable? did you seal yours?

you can buy a clamp that goes on top of the shock and under the shock mount and it should raise it up it should be in the package in the box

does your sidewinder get hot at all on 3s? mine cuts ou running 23/86 and stock tyres due to overheating. im only running a velineon motor.

I run a sidewinder 1/10 with a velineon 3500kv. I've not ran it on 3S for more then 5min but max temps on 2S has been 57C with ambient temperature around 30C. That was with paddles and a full run. I strongly recommend that you gear down,19/86 or 19/90 is good for bashing. If you want to have more top speed go with 23/86 but stick to 2S or short runs only.
