I just watched an interview of Pamela where her hand signs were absolutely bizarre. They never stop pointing, twisting turning, etc. so I think you're on the right track about her being a witch.
Spookily, it reminds me of someone I know who also uses exaggerated handsigns which just don't seem to match up with the mundane nature of the conversation. Something to watch out for!

Actually I think she is what we call a spiritualist, someone who believes in psychic and other energies, doing change like they mention in the books "The Secret." She does seem to believe in the spiritual and energy changing. Of course I am just a solitary witch, but you could ask a coven, try The Witch School, they have a great insight and you can get hold of their teachers for questioning. All the information here holds water, but I'm skeptical on the picture. It is possible for your fingures to come together like that without you forcing them, as I saw it happen in 2 of my pictures.
