So? How do you explain McSame and Darth Cheney using the saying before they even knew her? It is an old frequently used saying. Everything is not all about her. If you had the intellegence to listen to the whole statement in context you would understand that he was talking about their failed policies, not her.
By the way, her lipstick/hockey mom joke was stolen from an old joke where instead of hockey mom it was a woman with PMS. So she stole a sexist joke.
