i never want to use - what i think is the most obscene word there is
the word 'hate' - but i do hate war
and i loathe the politicians who start it
and then leave it to those who actually work for a living to go fight it
& i hope to think those who disrespected the returning vets were a very very tiny percentage like 0.0001% or 1 in 1,000,000
but of course even 1 was too many
b/c it obviously leaves scars not seen and theyre there forever

As a progressive liberal I think it is a shame that they came home to that. No matter what my political beliefs are or whether or not I agree with a war, I will always honor the soldiers who lost their lives and fought for us.

Do not be mad at the country.... beacuse there are tons of us that will NEVER let our soldiers come home ever again without a hero's welcome. God Bless all of our veterans, reservists, and active duty.
