Were any agents on scene during murder:

a) Members of foreign intelligence?

b) Involved in earlier security drill?

Was the electrician:

a) Hired by officials to wire a device for the "drill"?

b) Viewed as as a loose end; spotted via transit camera; killed to silence witness/assistant of 7/7?

c) On location, witnessing "security drill" agents pay civilian to carry backpack to next station?

d) Simply the lone credible civilian that refused the 50 bucks?
