The technique looks very good. But I wouldn't season so much and I most definitely wouldn't use that processed crap you are calling cheddar. And by the way it's not good for your kids.

What cheese do you use when you make grilled cheese? Our belief is that all REAL (i.e., unprocessed) food is good for adults and children alike. Of course, foods high in saturated fats should be eaten in moderation.
