the thing with akira is the story is difficult to understand. i watched it the 1st time and understood it but some dont understand until u watch it a few times. i stil love this anime its still way better then anime made these days.

Yeah, the older dub did not make much sense either. I guess I never minded the Turtles voice guy, cause he voiced some Robotech Characters too, but like I said, terrible translation of the story.
