Just because she isn't playing it on the "stage" doesn't mean she didn't record it for the actual movie.

If you think that they actually set up in a bar and just pressed record and played, and that's what's in the movie your sadly mistaken, its hardly ever done that way and even then they record separate sound tracks, odds are that they're playing in front of a backdrop and its all CGI'd in. with separately recorded soundtracks. that Lindsay Lohan probably did record.
