Who are you Kayne West? According to this http://www.prb.org/Template.cfm?Section=Population_Bulletin1&template=/ContentManagement/ContentDisplay.cfm&ContentID=12460 no, blacks and latins together only make up 30% of the enlisted military men. According to this http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2003-01-20-army-race-usat-_x. the majority of those blacks choose trade jobs instead of combat.

On top of that units are not sorted by race, so significantly less than that 30% is mixed in the other 70% of whites and asians.

also in the first link you can see the % makeup of combat jobs...only 2.4% of the total enlisted black population are in combat jobs. while nearly 12% of total enlisted whites are in combat jobs. Thus spread out in their locational units there is .28 black men/combat unit, that means your statement is completely unfounded and false.
