Ugh... this is bad and she completely missed the point of the song... The upbeat lyrics and instrumentals of the original were supposed to be ironic and exaggerate the darker aspects of the song since the subtext and underlying theme of the song was regarding nuclear holocaust or at the very least referencing the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and it's even reinforced by the video where the only lip movement mimics screams and the skewed view is meant to show havoc before the end...<.<

"Boxcar" is actually a reference to "Bockscar" the B29 bomber that dropped the nuclear bomb code named "Fatman" on Nagasaki Japan August 9, 1945, hence the reference to here comes your "man". It's mainly about a bunch of homeless people or hobos who died on a train as a result of the earthquake. A boxcar is just a part of the train that hobos would usually ride on. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery guys. Frank Black & the Pixies created a pretty damn good song in "Here comes your man" which has influenced many of us, including Meaghan Smith, who clearly must really like the song enough to cover it. Why can't we simply enjoy 2 different versions of it?
