No, dude, that's just a cloud... You can observe Nibiru at night only. Go outside and look up, like after 6 p.m. the only star which is there is Nibiru. It settles around 2 a.m. now, but its orbit changes, and the cycle is about five-six months...

About a week ago I saw A sun dog in northern cali. conditions may have been ripe on the west coast for that trick of light to be seen the length of the coast.
