good to see some only ones fans are out there, if anyone they sound like mink de ville here, not so sure about yo la tengo, If you can track down their Peel sessions you can really hear what they sounded like live, good old Peely.

Whoever the fuck is spouting on about yo le fucking tengo needs a history lesson and a music lesson. The Only Ones are one of the greatest punk Rock bands ever, long b4 yo la tengo were even born you dumb ass .

@skywalker909 Yo La Tengo formed in the mid-eighties and were born sometime in the '60s, so this definitely wasn't long before they were born. They probably grew up listening to The Only Ones.

I love both bands and can't quite understand why people feel the need to criticise one or the other. I can only guess some people are basing their opinions on a couple of youtube videos they've seen instead of actually listening or learning about the bands they're slagging off.
