I have a question went the eggs are hactching i remove the male cuz he was eating the eggs and the babys so i have like 10 fry for now. It will be fine right with out the dad u can c my video one it says betta breeding i breed two females with the same male same time
@heathkinn Hi Heathkinn, cool prize from R.G. by the way. Love the cars. The female has shorter fins and she's just inspecting the male's bubblenest. She's kind of fussy lol. When they spawn they embrace and the female gets flipped upside down and her eggs cascade out. The male picks them up and spits them back into the bubble nest. After mating I remove the female. The male tends to the nest and works like a machine to repair the nest. After 5 days I remove the male. Good to hear from you.
@lucpul Thank you my friend! Yes, the female is ready to go. The male is a little over eager as he keeps nipping her. It's the first time that I've bred the male so I'm hoping that he will eventually relax and breed with her. Thanks again for the comment.
