The KLF were also known as the Timelords and The JAMs and had hits with both in the 80s. The book 'The Manual' was published in 1988 and was written by The KLF/Timelords/Jams/K Foundation or whatever you want to call them. In fact it was published by KLF publications! The two members of the KLF were credited as the writers also. Why didn't you research to check the facts before commenting? Just a thought ;)

It's funny that this gimicky song is in anyone's top 10! The story goes that when the KLF wrote the book on how to make a Number 1 hit this lot followed it to the letter. It topped the charts in numerous countries but failed in the UK where the KLF were from. It probably wouldn't work these days but you never know.
