Notice how he does not even use any motions to line up his strikes because the degree of difficulty is so low. If he attempted to do such a thing with an actually impressive break, he would be left with plenty of targets still standing.
This is just a training tape to help young people get started. Of course the difficulty is nil, using blocks of ice, bricks, and baseball bats would not be appropriate for beginners.
I have seen Mr. Gordon's routines at numerous PKC tournaments and have had the opportunity to judge with him. His routines are impressive due to a 3-4 brick head brake and numerous bat breaks with each leg, but I personally think he needs to step up his routine to show what he is really capable of since his routine has not changed much over the years. Nevertheless, he is an experienced and impressive breaker.

True boards don't hit back, but breaking is a sport that some people enjoy and Mr. Gordon wanted to give beginners a training tape.

Degree of difficulty: Nil
A 220lb man using downward strikes on wafer thin boards is no cause for celebration.
Get back to training!
