If you watch the video closely, that is Definitely Clay hitting the super high note. Watch the video clip of Clay vocally 'sparring' with Angela and Quiana in Orlando, FL at the end of his tour in 2007 singing I Want To Know What Love Is - Clay hits high notes all over the place during that performance. Killer vocals that's for sure.
