Oracle for when she's in college and can't be Batgirl. Yet she doesn't deserve the wheelchair.

Actually, this Supergirl isn't Kryptonian. Her planet was a part of Krypton's solar system and was inadvertently affected when Krypton blew up. They did that so that Superman could stay the Last Son of Krypton, but Supergirl could still come into the picture (much better than the run-around they had in the comics).

She is still a member of the House of El and Superman's cousin.
