@LPreanimated Thanks for the tips...in fact, as English is not my mother language, I used to sing the songs I cover in a "yogurt" language...So I had to read the lyrics while singing, so I probably made some pronunciation mistakes...

@LPreanimated hey leavingparis don't even listen to this for 1 second. its absolutely ridiculous to tell someone to work on your accent. did someone tell ozzy to work on his accent? or how about gavin rossdale, the list could go on. your accent can actually make you very unique compared to others. don't change a thing you did this amazing, and its not an easy voice/song to cover

Je réponds à ta demande, tu m'as invité à venir voir ton cover de Korn (sur mon cover de Right Now en acoustique).

Personnellement, j'aime bien, vraiment.

Par contre, je te conseille vraiment de te lever pour chanter, je pense que tu auras bien plus facile, et de travailler un peu ta respiration (lorsque tu respires, ton corps bouge vraiment beaucoup, et ça risque de déstabiliser ta voix).

Sinon j'aime vraiment beaucoup :)

Hum...je suis assis, parce que je fais les covers le soir en rentrant du boulot, alors fatigue, fatigue, lol.

Pour la respiration, j'ai vu en effet, c'est certainement un défaut que je traine depuis longtemps, défaut de l'autodidacte certainement...Mais ce morceau est non-stop au chant, donc il faut prendre de grandes bouffées...ask Jonathan!!!! YEAHHH!!!!!

@LeavingParisOfficial Tu ne peux faire ça le week-end, plus relax? Perso, c'est ce que je fais (instru le soir et chant le week-end).

Les défauts de l'autodidacte, y en a plein ^^ je le suis aussi, et moi, mon problème, c'est ma posture (je courbe le dos, un peu version James Hetfield ^^)

Essaie peut-être de faire tes covers partie par partie et de retravailler tout ça après. Ça te permettrait de faire les choses plus proprement, sans te crever, et de refaire une partie ou l'autre si besoin =)

@Psychovers Les covers, c'est juste pour le plaisir, pas pour travailler en fait, c'est du one-shot...je préfère garder cet instantané. Le reste de mon temps musical est plutôt dédié à mon groupe...

Cover parce que ça fait plusieurs mois maintenant que je m'amuse à m'enregistrer, etc... J'apprends des choses, je m'améliore en technique d'enregistrement, etc... donc c'est parfait (j'ai 2 covers en cours pour l'instant).

Et groupe, parce que je suis dans un groupe de metal progressif (watch?v=qHKUF-6kVw0&feature=r­elated) depuis 3 ans dans lequel je compose et écris =)

@KenGriff94 Thanks! When I started singing, I found with surprise that one of my natural grain of voice was a little in the same way as J.D. Then I worked hard to push it as far I as could, and even if I don't use it everytime in my band (I don't want to be compared as a simple copy of J.D voice), singing with this grain of voice is one of the best sensation I get with the voice.

This is the reason why I made this cover that let me use fully this grain of voice.
