This is a lovely little beat and the S950 is too heavy. I had to carry an Akai S900 and an Akai ASQ10 through about 4 changes on the underground. I was not feeling too good by the time I got home. Still it's not as bad as when I nearly blacked out after lumping a Honer Pianet T half a mile up the road. That's all part and parcel of the old style hardware though and I wouldn't want it any other way :D.
@16BlockProd can't remember sorry, the lp is 'out to lunch' on bluenote it's the only jazz rec I have, hiphop isn't my first love when it comes to producing but I like to have a go now and again.

@jazzroom yeah changed it myself, bought a new backlight, i got the el foil thing from midikartie or whatever it's called.

Yeah that S-950 is no joke. That thing is heavy for a rack unit. About 50lbs or so.
