Here in CA it's legal to play cash game poker as long as the house doesn't make a profit. I believe that's the law in most places but according to the news anchor not in Jacksonville.

I play in the UK where my mate has a flat above a bank. The whole first floor is full of poker tables and it's extremly organised. I LOVE IT!! Mind you, I went all in with pocket aces the last time, lost about 150 quid. Guess what. I LOVE IT!

Enforcement of unjust laws plain and simple. Liberty dies a litle more eveyday as police start dressing like Darth Vader. They don't seem to mind huge corporations looting hundreds of thousands of people daily, but I guess the government gets there cut that way.
