How do you keep your copters from spinning? My mini one spins around alot. Theres a little dial in the middle of my remote control that can fix that, but it only works for a little bit and it just starts spinning once i move it forward/backward.

how do you get them to fly so good? mine alwas kept spinning in one direction until it hit the wall and then it finnaly broke but i bout a reflex insted and it is much stabler! but nice vid anyway.

You have to trim it correctly. If it still flies poorly after trimming, then you might have an improperly-functioning tail rotor. There could be debris (like hair) in it, or the blades could be cracked. The tail rotor counteracts the torque of the main rotor.

My dog (now an adult) is more aggressive towards the little chopper than before. When it's about a foot off the ground, she kind of pounces towards it, but never actually grabs it. Once it goes above her head, she gets confused.

And yes, it's fairly easy for a beginner to learn how to fly. It takes a little bit to get used to more precise control, particularly because you can only go up/down and spin left/right (2-channel). The nice thing is that it's very hard to break. Just cut the throttle if you know you're about the crash.

Thanks! There's only so much you can do with the Havoc Heli. You can't really go forwards AND backwards with any kind of consistency. You can gently twist the tail rotor clockwise to have a gently forward motion. Vice versa for backwards.

hey, I just bought one of these things, and I'm having a little bit of trouble getting the hang of it. Mainly, moving forwards and backwards with any kind of real consistency is sort of a problem. Any tips? How did you come to possess such *control* and maneuverability?

Battles are definitely a lot of fun. As far as the crash damage, you have to figure out what broke on the chopper. What's wrong with it now? A common problem is a cracked tail rotor. Inspect it and if it's cracked (only a slight crack will be detrimental) replace it with the spare. Can you still exchange/return it?

btw, they now have havoc helis with a laser tag style fight system. the package comes with 2 helis for 70 bucks (at my local target store.)

That's an E-Sky Lama V3. Just google it and you'll find a bunch of results. It's a 4-channel chopper with a swashplate, meaning it can go up/down, forward/backwards, left/right, and turn left/right. The Havoc is only 2-channel, with up/down and turn left/right.
