i saw Eliza Carthy play at the British Library with Saul Rose and I must say they both blew me away so much so that all the hairs on my arms and neck stood on end, just like the time when I first started to really listen to and enjoy music - I implore anyone to go see them both play together live! Absolutely fucking brilliant!
I think the first song is called "Sheffield Park" and the second set is "Trip to Fowey/Cuckold came out of the amery/Indian queen" ... both from "eliza carthy and the kings of calicutt". Not sure on the last one, but I hope that helps!

For a start the picture's squashed, which makes her look bigger than she is, but in any case, Eliza Carthy is a great example of a superbly sexy fuller-figured woman. And the brilliant fiddle playing? Well, she could do me a few tunes in bed afterwards, perhaps...

I was there! Saul and Eliza got soaked, it was so hot in that tent. Saul had to dry his shirt over his car to dry out!
