to make this simple.... you need to breed 2 red roses together then wait until the roses have made a black rose you wait until the BLACK roses start to wilt you use the GOLDEN WATERING CAN (witch you obtain after 3weeks of a perfect town) you water the WILTED BLACK ROSES with the GOLDEN can then the next day it's a golden rose. end.

@snoopythebest12345 Yes, you have to use the golden watering can; other cans will not work. To get the Gold can you need to keep your town environment perfect for 15 days straight! And to get the black roses you need to create a garden of red roses and water it every single day until a black rose appears. Then when you have a black rose don't water it. Let it wilt. When it's about to die water it with the golden can and it should be a golden rose the next day. Watch the video if your confused.

@Sayuri6809 To get the rainbow feather YOu have to have over 700,000,000 bells in your bank. But there's a much easier way to get it. I made a video on it go check it out! It's called "Animal Crossing City Folk - Easy Way To Get the Rainbow Feather" And are you sure you didn't have purple roses? Because Peacocks only appear if you have black,blue, or purple roses in your town. So I don't believe you on that one...
