Brilliant- the UK should follow Berlin's lead (where I now live). Here, pubs which sell food cannot have smoking. This I agree with. All other bars have the option to allow smoking. Some do, some don't. Freedom of choice. I intend to return to the UK sometime and hope this Nanny state madness will have ended by then. And yes I will donate gladly.

Good luck to you, but I think you might do harm than good. Single issue parties never get votes, but their poor performance can be used by the antis to show that "nobody cares about smoking bans" (look at Hamish Howitt when he ran). You might be better off working as a lobby group (like Freedom2Choose) or working with the likes of UKIP, who are against the Ban.
