maritime laws put international waters of countries at 12 miles so attacking ships out at sea ,some of which are 3 to 4 hundred miles off the somoli shore is hardly in "thier " waters

@amareto35 the Chinese are largely the ones overfishing other peoples waters. Not that Europeans arent too, but we cant blame whitey for everything.
