This is SO lovely to see! AR doesn't often make it to such things (annoying, as he's so local!) So I'm really glad he made this one! I've been lucky enough to see him live on stage before (very different seeing someone up close but still playing a 'role' to being totally natural!) I believe there is 'a lot of love out there for Severus Snape' as the commentator says (not least mine!) & l that has to be because of the way Alan has played him. Daniel Radcliffe's right, he SHOULD get that Oscar!

@MsAppassionata  Just for the record: AR won a BAFTA for Best Supporting Actor in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (in his role as the psychotic Sheriff of Nottingham!) He was also nominated for the same title in Sense & Sensibility, & Michael Collins - but didn't get it on either occasion. He has several other awards (such as a 'Golden Bear', 'Golden Lion' etc. for some of his lesser-known films) but, you are right, NO OSCAR -- to date!! :-)
