If i had to work with some of those pathetically incompetant restaurant's with the way they operated and their general attitudes, i'd be swearing my head off as well ...in fact, i think i'd be wanting to punch a few heads !

it has really pissed me off that he helped save most of these operators, co's the worst 30% of them should never have been allowed to continue simply as punishment for the operators being completely selfish and totally undeserving, no right to run any business at all !

(I'm British so maybe slightly bias) but Gordon is a do-er. And he does care about what he believes in this is why he is so successful. he means well, and yes he has a funny way of showing this sometimes, but he's a rough diamond and doesn't mean to offend you Australia.

Ramsay certainly has made me aware of whats going on behind the scenes at the restaurants I visit. Before whenever you encountered food that was a bit on the cold side or a little too rare you just shrugged it off ... nowadays I'm not that forgiving anymore.

Why? Because Gordon has shown HOW food should be prepared.

I rather eat in a restaurant and pay a lot knowing it has been made properly in a clean kitchen. Sometimes it does require people/chefs to swear to get cooks to wake up and work efficiently. I don't think I can work in a kitchen though :S

From what i can tell about Gordon Ramsay is that he takes care of his employees that stick it out with him! He takes care of his family and loyal to his wife! Gordon is providing oportunitys to chefs that would not have had the oportunity otherwise! If the Aussie politicans can't get their heads around wear words from a cooking show and get on with REAL important issues, then they/politicans should not be in office!

Too easy to turn the TV channel but i think they have not figured that out yet!
