@famasdude its more than just that. states that have gone thru with cap punishment have been known to end up killing innocent ppl. it happens more often that u think, and if even one innocent life was taken y the state, it should be enough to repeal cap punishment for good. plus, if someone truly wants to commit murder, cap punishment is not going to stop that person. if so there would be no more ppl dying from murders. but u wont stop it by cap pun. its a no brainer.

Even though he has been convicted of the Baseline killings here in Phoenix I do recall this case very clearly and the sketch they had of the rapist had dreadlocks which the prosecutors never ever brought to the plate. Even though DNA evidence did state that he was responsible for some of the attacks but every other victim had portrayed him like in that sketch so where is the dreads>? I think the D.A. needs to look into this case further IMO.
