@grimujoooo It's not the canvas or type of paint but the painter. People can make equally shitty beats on both FL and Cubase. People can make dope ones on Cubase or FL. Like I can and have made some dope shit, better than some of those beats that major artists have used. FL has more than meets the eye. Spend about a month with it, or even a few weeks, get into the VST's, using more VST's through the mixer, and you can get all kinds of different effects. FL is mainstream quality.

Need better sounds VST's all that. Really cheesy sounds...All the melody lines take up 1 or 2 keys. Drums have some groove but more then anything it's the sound selections.

Yes, I think Cubase SX3 is better than FL Studio 8. I have limited use with FL Studio though so don't hold my opinion too highly. The nice thing about Cubase, though, is that you can rewire FL Studio 8 into Cubase as a VST. This makes for a very versatile DAW. If you don't know how to do this, there are many tutorials on youtube that show how.
@VorantNinja and what video did you watched (if you can't remeber, that's fine) about rewiring. BTW, i absoulutely agree with you on that limitation thing.
