  • What's the verdict on fluoride? I've heard it's great for dental health, but on the other hand it can cause very serious health risks if too much is consumed. I've read somewhere it can actually mess with brain function.

  • I'm VanceBraun and 61lbs of fat melted off me as you can actually see by my countless videos, in 5 weeks flat tummy six pack ab's w a v shape to them. 6 miles a day over 5 weeks that's all it takes no gym no change in filthy eating habit. truth. I proved it reel.

  • Don't just drink plain water, squeeze in lemons or other critus fruits (research homemade electrolytes) in order to replenish your body's salts. If you just flush yourself out with water, your body will crave salt and you will eat and eat. Electrolytes are essential to your body's function and you need them to live healthly. So add electrolytes to your water.

  • I will have to stick with tap water, because I can't afford to buy pure water everyday.

  • Hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • fuck that i been drinking water for 3 days and nothings working

  • believe it or not, water can actually make you 20% stronger

  • Wait, if I drink a couple of bottles a day, can it like get rid of acne? I have like pores, and black heads... Grr grr grr since it's the bodies BFF

  • @psychojoker131 yes definitely, you should drink 8 cups every single day

  • lol flouride is good in water i thought your not supposed to take in flouride says the toothpaste box and should it not be our choice to put it in water?

  • FUCK, I DONT "NEED" TO CONSUME A FREAKIN GALLON OF WATER A DAY IN THE WINTER DUDE. MY BLADDER HOLDS 12 OUNCES.URINATING 12 TIMES A DAY? NO THANKS.

  • This guy is a faggot.

  • tap water i think is better than bottled water i think, but then again i been drinking that since i was little.. make sure your kids drink tap cause its good for their teeth because of the Flouride in it

  • @hawkdlb06 You will be as shocked as I was to find out the truth about fluoride. mercola, com has some incredible insight on the things we have believed as true for so many years. Fluoride, fillings, vaccinations and cholesterol ... check out the real research on these and much more. You will be glad to find out. (I sound like a badly written advert!!) x

  • Morbid obesity is mainly a US problem due to disgusting dietary habits

  • @lion1green ;

In America you can eat "healthy" and still be plagued by poor health, and a slew of diseases. It is the disgusting way our food is "treated", grown, and handled! You can have perfectly healthy food, that is tainted by chemicals. There is a epidemic of stupidity, when it comes to being healthy. When I went to my doctor over concern for my weight, he told me to eat less!? I was eating 1 meal, maybe 2 on a good day. It wasn't until I ate 5-6 meals every 21/2 - 3hrs that I lost 60lbs

  • I found that this website is great. it teaches you to lose body fat without slowing your metabolism, no dieting pill and still lose the fat permanently.

you dont starve yourself, no calorie counting and its the HEALTHY way to lose weight :) hopoe it helps

    google elite weight loss program

  • I get some of my waater in a strange way....I freeze water in ice trays and pulverise them in my blender till they're like snow, then I eat it with a spoon. I used to eat crushed ice but I chipped my teeth, so I do it this way. I try to drink a large glass of water every hour or so though.

  • isnt this the shit cleansing guy?

  • I drink the smartwater 33.8 fl oz. About three or four bottles a day.

  • Love your video....I used it in my blog post today about the benefits of drinking water for your skin. Thank you!

  • Water doesn't make you lose weight its just other drinks will make you gain weight.

  • cold water is so good!

i drink that every day =)

  • @baseball101

Yea around a month and a half. U play baseball me 2 I play for a travel team, first base. But yea do know why it's hard now to lose weight the ice water doesn't help mo more, I want to be atleast 200. :)

  • i was 260, i lost 50 pounds just by eating what i normally eat ad by drinking ice cold water with everything i eat. Now im 210 and im still doing the same thing but now that i lost 50 pounds it doesnt seem to work for me any more . Did my body fugure out what i was doing or something cause now i cant lose nothing, i want to be atleast 200. Im 17 and around 5'11

  • @theguy328 how long did it take u to lose 50lbs

  • @theguy328 now u should try to stop eating fatty foods

  • @jrock8693

    yea ill try that thanx

  • @theguy328 You're body hit a plateu which basically means it's used to what you've been doing. Now try switching it up with some cardio or dance routine after a meal. That should work.

  • I have water distiller and filter jug ( I don't know it in english), and I really love the water from them! for me tap water smalls and tasted bad. AS for sugary drinks, I can't imagine I would put that disgusting liquid into my mouth!

  • i can taste the difference between bottled, tap and filtered.

    tap taste gross :(

i drink about 5 litres of water a day

  • @kouriskiii depends where you live .. in new york it taste fine

  • thumbs up if you love water!

  • water is very important for overall health, check out my weight loss tips guys =)

  • this guy is right on point . if you decide to flood your body with 3-4 gallons of water, let's say within a couple minutes..then yeah you're likely to kill yourself. he specifically advised sipping throughout the day. unless your tap water is totally filthy, no need to buy it. people don't realize that natural water contains vital minerals.

I also agree with the water ratio formula he give about drinking.

  • and in regards to hyperhydration..The average joe CANNOT accidentally drink too much water.almost 90% of people that die from hyperhydration are/were in a water drinking contest. The one other way to cause this is to say workout for an extended period..Say a marathon..youre burning electolytes but only drinking water. You need to replenish those electrolytes..Hyperhydration isnt "drowning" as some put it.Its the dilution of electrolytes beyond healthy parameters due to overconsumption..

  • People have also died of hyperhydration at raves in an effort to stay hydrated and "safe" while on Ecstasy and other club drugs.

  • Holy cow ,really?? Wow these people have it down to an art..8 ounces for every blah blah blah..Try drinking water in moderation until your urine is clear or only slightly yellow..Thats the first and most easily recognizable sign of proper dehydration. Drinking water vrs. soda does not help you lose weight. The fact that you quit ingesting liquid sugar (soda) is what causes you to lose weight.Soda is HORRIBLE.

  • Pshh i dont need fancy water bottles..

Its all the same, i drink tap XD

  • @faithXedge :O you do realize the city just purifies it JUST enough for it to be legal -_- why do you think they sell tap water filters

  • @faithXedge

that's not good, clhorine is bad for your body,,,

  • @faithXedge tap water has chemicals eww flouride and clourine kills

  • @faithXedge I only drink water from Scotish taps... any other taps and im ill for days :|... dunno if its coz our water is very very clean and comes from streams or something.... but yeh lol

  • @faithXedge check out what dr joseph mercola lets people know about this kind of thing. As usual we are the vicitms of a scam that is costing us our teeth and our health. Tap water is just one of the ways we are duped into getting rid of industrial waste at our own expense. It is worth signing up to his newsletters cos there's a huge amount more. x

  • I think it works because i lost 6 pounds by drinking water instead of soda:)

  • I haven't had a soda in 3 years...I feel so much better!

  • I love smart water but it's kind of expensive so I mostly any regular pure filtered water and notice differences in my hair and skin. I also drink a lot of water because I get really bad allergies so water helps.

  • This is good advice.. also if you workout its more important as muscle is mostly water.

  • i LOVE water i drink it all the time i havent drank sugary drinks in AGES and im really skinny nd im 13!

  • lol

  • u sound to me like a little irlwho is anorexic

  • I drink lots of water during the day. . always a water bottle beside me, that's why .. because it's in reach it's an easy reminder and drinking water becomes second nature (of course refilling it and going to the bathroom too, lol :P)

I never thought about the sleep part though, cup of water next to bed so when I wake up I will easily and readily rehydrate? Not a bad idea

  • I drink a gallon of water a day! Just call me "SPLASHY"LOL!

  • People who drank far too much water dies due to Water Intoxication.

  • i heard bout that the other day, was so shocked to think that ppl are tellin u to drink as much water as u can bacically a day.... without tellin u "but too much can kill you"..... :|

  • Ah, water. Yes. Only frustrating thing is it's so hard to find a good source of spring water and be sure that what you are drinking is safe.

  • I will definitely give it a try. I guess this is the cheapest way to look younger. :D Of course not only water will make your skin soft but is one of the ways to look younger. I will give it a try. Thanks for the video. :)

  • I drink a lot of tea, but I fear that isn't good enough. I need to replace some-though it's neither sweetened or caffeinated.

Other than quenching my thirst, I didn't know water did anything.

  • Water consumed in that quantity will help to not only flush out the toxins in your body but will fill the tummy and help to stop you feeling hungry. This can help weight loss in and of itself.

I almost always manage to drink the right amount, I am glad to say. Thanks for pressing home the reasons why.

  • I don't really drink water that much either which I know has to change. I am going to build up until I can handle at least 5 cups

  • I don't really drink a lot of water but it's amazing to hear how good for you it actually is, i'm going to start drinking the reccomended ammount if it's really healthy for me.

  • Starting today I am going to track how much water I intake. I usually just go for whats quickest which is soda :(

  • I drink a lot of water, but I've heard that even if you eat a lot of fruit or juice, that doesn't really help you like water does. Is that true?

  • I definitely need to try this out. I want to start drinking more water and less soda, and I'm looking forward to tracking the water I drink starting tomorrow. :)

  • Yet another excellent and informative video! I have been looking for a way to measure how much water to drink each day and your video gave me a lot of information.

  • I don't really pay much attention to the amount of water that I drink each day. It's something I should pay attention to though, because I find myself feeling dehydrated through out the day sometimes.

  • Yeah, first thing in the morning really would be a good time to down a reasonable amount. I mean, you don't want to do it right before bed and be unable to sleep because you are up all night in the loo.

  • I never thought of that...that drinking it immediately when you wake up can be beneficial because you've become dehydrated (or some) during the night. I can drink it while I wait for my coffee to brew. ;)

  • I could do this, I'm sure of that, I just never realised in the past that it could be of so much benefit to me. You live and learn.

  • Adding in water wouldn't be too hard, but cutting the caffeine would be harder. But with these benefits, it's worth a shot.

  • I cut my coffee habit several years ago and started to drink more water instead. It has helped me immensely and now I understand why it is so beneficial.

  • I never really knew why we had to drink 8 cups of water a day but now I know that it doesn't have to be that much. I also now know what part of that is for. Thanks for the tip

  • I am going to try this, it shouldn't be that hard to drink at least a cup or two of water a day. Thank goodness, we don't have to do 8 cups of water :)

  • I have GOT to try this! This is an easy tip-adding more water rather than taking away from my diet the things that I love.

  • I know we need to drink 6-8 glasses of water everyday but I don't know its purpose. After watching the video I am now more convinced to drink lots of water.

  • That's a lot of water. I would think it would be so good for flushing some of the toxins from your body, but I would be on the loo all day! Thanks for the vid, I'll see if I can try it soon.

  • Like user Lucens, I realise that I drink much coffee than water. Imagine I could switch that around AND do myself some good. Lose some weight in the process.

  • Very good information,as usual! I have always tried to drink a little bit of water, but I always end up drinking soda or tea more then water.

  • The only real use I had for water was quenching my thirst and stopping me feeling hungry and filling up on junk. I guess I under appreciated it. Soda has always been a big part of my life, now I see how bad that could be.

  • I realize that I drink more caffeine than water, and that's something that I really need to change. Thanks for the pointers in the video, very straight to the point!

  • That's a lot of water for me but I'm going to try and make a conscious effort to get this done. I have to lose some weight fast.

  • I need to quit drinking so much coffee as I'm sure it's the reason why I don't drink more water. I've tried to make it a habit and this vid might help it stick.

  • I know many people that say they can never drink a full 8oz of water a day, and I keep telling them to put the soda or the coffee down and they could. Many run around dehydrated its crazy. I have been on a water kick for about five years now and its completly changed my outlook on many things I have put into my body in the past.

  • I admit that I do not drink enough water, but I have seen, first hand, the good things that can come of drinking the appropriate amount of water! I definitely needed this to remind me.

  • I also always heard that you should drink 8 cups a day, but I thought something was wrong with that because everybody is a different size, that amount isn't good for people of every weight. I like the one in this video because it takes size into account.

  • I don't drink very much myself, on a normal day I can usually go a few hours without drinking anything at all, and then just drink a glass of water or less. At least it's water that I drink though, heh, but I'll try improving with this, thanks for the video!

  • I knew water was good, but I didn't know that it was this good, thanks for the great advice! Very informative and easy to follow.

  • I had the same problem foozball98, I don't like water but I am going to make myself like it for the sake of my health!

  • It's always been reccomended that you drink a lot of water and keep hydrated, for your health as well as your weight. Very useful.

  • I learned about the amount of water you need to drink when pregnant but largely stopped doing so until the time came to lose some weight. I immediately upped myself to the right amount again and lost 6lb in the first week, just because of the amount of snacks that the water cut out-I wasn't hungry so often. Week two was only a pound, but still!

  • I only drank the right amount of water when I was pregnant. Now I want a quick juice or soda. This is a really good reminder. Water has so many benefits for us.

  • I tend to drink more soda and juice than water. I suppose that's a terrible habit, isn't it? I'm going to go get a nice cup of water right now after this comment!

  • Great advice! Easy to understand and with lots of good information as well!

  • That's a lot of water, haha, I'd have thought that water would make me clumsy and slow, thanks for the advice, I'll try drinking more water asap!

  • Thanks for another informative video. I always had a problem with drinking the "8 cups of water" that I've always heard is necessary. Now I know that I don't need to drink 8 cups exactly.
