I took a class at Bryn Mawr when they shot it (fyi I'm a Swarthmore grad). Hope they got some great shots of the beautiful cherry blossoms that line up some of the main paths on the campus. It was cold as hell (esp. for a native Californian like me), but now the memories have a warm nostalgic fondness.

The reason this mobie blew is Owen Wilson is good as a normal guy in an odd situation. Idiocracy for example was a great movie. This is a normal guy in a normal situation... That's why its VERY BORING.

God i hate to say it, but this looks like Luke Wilson being completely typecast again, but I'll netflix it, interesting storyline, maybe it's a shift in roles that aren't present in the trailer.... we shall see :P

Personally, I'm going to boycott the movie. The film crew working on this movie (at Bryn Mawr, my college) were total asshats. The fact that you're making a film does NOT mean you get to disrupt my education, or block the ONLY handicap entrance to a dorm, or TAKE THE BOOKS OUT OF THE LIBRARY WHEN PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO FINISH THEIR THESES. That said, the trailer shows off our lovely campus to great effect. Just do us a favor: Pirate the movie; don't give them your money.
