@danpt2000 In general the moves of the game, but if you mean the longer sequence @ 5.07 i guess some personal notes. Probably she really got surprised by Qe8, which might also be manifested in her body language.
@babykevinxoxo I have heard that some GMs already have the image of the chess board in their mind when they play chess (this is how they play blindfold chess) and only look at the board when moves are being made, i think Humpy is also like that.
with 600 million males you would think China could find a Men's World Champion. HA HA . If she ever gets the highest rating are they going to crown her the new World Champion?
Chess I believe was created in India like 1000 yrs ago. Modern day Chess has been around since like 1400 I believe. There was no games show casing women back then. Women were to be house wives and have children! I truly believe Hou Yifan will reach 2700 soon. She is the only woman I believe that has the talent to reach 2800.
@tiagoaoa I at first did agree with you that it would sound more fair this way. There are in fact open seasons which both gender play together. However statistics show that chess did turn out to be a gender biased game, so it instead becomes fair to separate the genders.
@babykevinxoxo this is not true! (and it's spelled chauvinist btw) In the future, if the interest of women in chess increases, then so will the average skill. From a statistical point of view, when there is two samples of data, the larger one has a higher probability of having the largest value. Example: if there is 900 blue guys and 100 red guys, chances are the strongest player is blue, but if there is 500 red and 500 blue, then both samples have an equal chance of having the strongest player.
@classicmusic05 I looked up Anand's rating it is 2811 and Yi-fan is only 2578 I do agree with you Anand gains nothing playing her. If he beats her 10 games he only gains like 50 points. If he loses to her 10 games he loses like 150 FIDE points. If he draws her 10 games he still loses like 50 points Ha Ha. He has Nothing to gain but Everything to lose. Yi-fan is on 17 remember. I believe she has only played CHESS 8 YRS and to be 2578 is AMAZING. TATIANA KOSINTSEVA. is my favorate woman wow!
@tiagoaoa there is no such thing as men's world championship. The world championship is open to both men and women. However, there is a large number of female players that were not good enough to make it to the world championship, so a separate event was created for them.
What is Hou Yifan writing on her board??

Hou Yi-Fan should play Men only. She is too good for these women players and beating them up bad. FIDE should not allow this.

Hou is more prepared for these matches because Humpy is Day Dreaming too much. She needs to look at the board and not into space.

Why is there a women's chess championship? Shouldn't both genders compete at the same tournament?
