  • @thecookmaster y do 25 mins of treadmill and 25 of bike before this and after this , and y do them every day (mo-fr) in the first 2 weeks only did them 3 times but now its nice and easier:D good luck , remember too much cardio eats your muscle :D

  • Scott isn't looking to be a body builder. He is into getting stronger and fitter. Im pretty sure he excercises for performance. In a lot of his other video's you see him lifting weights that 6'3 230 ib body builders lift. Check out his Chest workout video, the dude is doing 125 IB dumbbells on incline bench! Crazy as shit in my opinion.

  • Im doing training 5 days a week in my own gym right now, usually looks like this every day: Legs/Abs - Back/Biceps - Shoulders - Chest/Triceps, and then i kind of start over. using no-xplode before gym, Eating alot of proteins through the day tuna,eggs, proteindrinks. And eating like every 3rd hour. Trying to go for carbohydrates on the morning/day then ease up on the evening and eating more like tuna and stuff and ofc the proteindrink after workout. And trying to get as much sleep as i can.

  • @epicsamp95 I'm on my 3rd week now with this kind of training. Biceps workout in 30 min ;) i also got a partnet to help me with those forced reps. But as of now on the third week i can't really say there is much different, although i noticed a really supperior strenght in the chest on the 3rd chest workout day. So i'll just keep hitting the gym. Got some no-xplode pumping in my blood right now so im soon gonna do some biceps/back ;)

  • @rodriguez745 Dumbbell Press is more effective because you are engaging many more stabilizer muscles to keep the individual dumbbells from wavering.

  • I hate how a very good number of the machines that you have are not in my gym. I know that I can use others to do similar workouts or use dumbbells, but I think that most gyms should carry a large variety of workout machines. I guess I pay to be in a judgement free zone where no one gets judge, except for when people grunt or drop a weight...

  • @kaneshirou89 If you are doing 3 sets of 15 reps and NOT going to failure, this workout takes a good long time. And since there are no real rests, it will get aerobic, lactic acid, heavy breathing, etc.. So it's a fat burning workout, training your cardiorespitory system. Not so much strength, since you aren't using super heavy weight, and not so much for neural-muscular, since they are mostly isolation machines, but you may build some muscle size, improve blood flow, heart muscle, fat burn, etc

  • @DailyBenaid 15 to 20 reps is a Fat burning zone in the reps your basically going for more conditioning... in this vid hes looking to burn fat and build muscle and thats why hes using the supersets... rep range depends on your personal goals basically 10 to 12 reps is for more power and the 8 to 4 is like for strength and mass... hope this helps.

  • @DailyBenaid I would say work on more strength and endurance you dont really have to worry about size in basketball.. I would say stick to more circuit training and and focus on endurance which is high reps and also work on your explosive power you can also go for lower reps too xD
