I remember reading an article about the actor who played Spidey in this commercial, Scott Leva, in this big magazine that came out in the months leading up to the 2002 film. He used to play him at all sorts of events and stuff and is the one who crashes the X-Men set dressed as Spidey in that Easter Egg on the DVD.

The game was actually quite cool, loved it as a kid. They really tried to implement Spidey´s powers in this. Only thanks to AVGN, where many people get their "knowledge" of video games nowadays does it have a crap reputation. It´s not one of the best games ever, but not a bad one either.

Great costumes, especially for the Green Goblin! His outfit here looks a hell of a lot more true to the comics than that silly Power Rangers outfit worn in the first Spider-Man movie---and his mouth moves! The actor playing Gobby here; on the other hand, is not up to Willem Dafoe's caliber.
