  • (L) you

  • I can smell the peaceful pine forest :)

  • Song Fei and Yu Hongmei are the best erhuists I've ever heard. <3

  • @TwiddleXTormenT , try listen to kemei jiang. She is superb.

  • The fast part is very similar to the fast Irish fiddle tunes! Great playing.

  • Is it really hard to play this instrument?

  • She's freakin crazy at playing. Look at her fingers go.

  • I love Song's erhu; she is the best in China though we have lots of outstanding erhu players!

  • @david1234lee , Is this your opinion or official??

  • @wingchunexpert

I visit China a lot and have some contacts with people of all walks. Sung (Song ) is a very respected erhu player, most likely the highest rated. Then again, Shakespeare has been the highest-rated English play writer, though many disagree. I love Yu hung-mei as an erhu player very much but Sung(Song) commands a reverence, a sense of awe and authority not detected anywhere else. Many Chinese erhu lovers would agree. How did I answer your question?

  • @david1234lee , You just answered my question. I enjoy Erhu very much, but I am not an expert. I just felt that Sung Fei, Yuhonmei and Kemei are all of the highest calibre players. They all sound equally well. They however have different strong points and techniques in their player, Yuhonmei is graceful and known for her soft, emotive, solo erhu playing which sounds really well and Kemei is known for her versatile playing including Ginhu, Banhu, and Erhu. (to be continued)

Yu hung mei is very sexually arousing and I have to confess that she give me a kick every time a listen to her. She is so pretty but so remote and so remotely indifferent and that opens up a dark current inside me. Whooya!

  • @david1234lee , In (1 of 2) "techniques in their player" s/b "techniques in their playing".

and Kemei looks so cute. I especially like some parts of her Ginshi music, so vigorous, so energetic, so fast and she plays it so well. In addition, she plays Cantonese music as well. She is such a beautiful, cute player, looks very approachable. Did I say she looks so cute? LOL..I tried to get her email addy or website online, but no response. Would you know How I can get in touch with her????

  • @david1234lee , Sung Fei sounds really beautiful as well. However I did not know her and did not listen to her as much until like yesterday. So I will reserve my criticism until later. But so far she seems to be an extremely talented erhu player with great techniques and great sounds.

I think I messed up your invitation to me to be your youtube friend. Please send again and tell me what I have to do.

  • 仿佛看見一片松林,在風中搖動

  • So einfach genial,... wunderbar musik und herzlich,... * * * * * Vielen Dank,

  • Spectacular!

  • soooooo, beautiful!!

  • how can you tell the difference?? i thought it was an erhu

  • different sizes. different pitches. all of them have different names. not like "tener "or "alto" saxaphone.

  • This is a Zhonghu. Its tuning is in G-D. Very good player!

  • This is erquanhu same tuning,GD.

  • yes cacalacapoo is right.

zhonghu's "qin tong" is bigger than that.

  • zonghu is ear-piercing...

  • Not that piercing. Try jinghu or gaohu if you want to listen to something piercing.

  • zhonghu is smaller and higher pitched than the erhu right?
